To cancel your hosting account with us,
- Login the the Gotka Client Area - http://clients.gotka.com
- Click on My Products & Services and click on View Details button toselect the Hosting account that you would like to cancel
- Check on the Product Details to make sure it is the hosting account that you would like to cancel
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the Request Cancellation button
- Briefly describe your reason for Cancellation and select the cancellation type (Immediately or End of Billing Period)
